职位描述:
Work with global and local IT technical infrastructure team to implement technical infrastructure projects in China ES.Provide technical support service to end use including PCs, Phone, Printe, Emails, and Video Conference etc.Resolve problems and issues quickly and effectively – occasionally in production down situatio.Analyze problem tracking and monitoring systems to eure problem follow-up and closure, driving root-cause analysis and implementing long-term improvement solutio.Provide end-user and IT staff training on information technology infrastructure.Participate in 24x7 supports as required.Other respoibilities and duties as assigned.
职位要求:A Bachelor’s or associated degree in Information Systems and 3-5 yea IT experience is required.2-3 yea’ experience with implementing computer operational and help desk solutio in organizatio. Manufacturing company experience is a plus.Demotrated knowledge in desktop and server systems troubleshooting/repair.Experiencekills in network switches and route’ configuration.Strong interpeonal skills, particularly with colleagues in trouble-shooting situatio.Solid communicatio skills; both oral and written ability to communicate complex technical ideas in articulate, clear and simple ways.Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and strong analytic and problem solving skills.Requires travel to other sites for assigned support and project respoibilities, and occasional extended and flexible work schedules to accommodate technical support requirements. This position will be subject to off-hou support and on-call work schedules to support the company’s business systems.Familiar with PBX configuration is a plus.Knowledge in Winmail and UF system are plus.Experiencekills in Active Directory, Exchange Server and VOIP phone system are plus.Familiar with SOX process is a plus.
