Role description
This role will play a central part in the company’s sales strategies under own respoibilities. Key respoibilities will include:
- Generate and monitor the SKA strategy over 5 yea, including milestones and action pla
- Proactive conduct SKA activities, at all times having a full overview on running progress, status, lead times, customer requirements, specificatio etc.
- Grow the business by challenging the custome and establishing relatiohips through solution selling on a multiple point of entry.
- Report to relevant people positive or negative budget deviatio
- Establish, analyze and revise prices according to company policy
- Conduct solution selling in a total cost of ownehip approach
- Develop network and eure cotant communication with custome
- Participate to Supplier Days organized by SKA’s
- Make monthly report according to specificatio for each SKA
- Provide a rolling 12 months budget and a 5 yea outlook for each key account, based on a mapping of the business
- Eure a good knowledge management in reporting all custome’ information, contacts or actio in relevant databases
- Act according to DBI’s values and code of conduct
- There are no people reporting to this role.

Recruitment Profile
Education: Technical and/or business degree; Bachelor Degree
Languages: Chinese Mandarin (native) and English (fluently)
Candidate should have more than 3-year successful experience with sales.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset with hunger for results (Self-motivated, proactive, diligent and very result minded)
Preferable experience from the automotive industry and/or fastene and fixings or other industries.
Experience of working in an international sales environment (Preferable knowledge within solution selling) with the ability to communicate market and competitor information back to the central offices.
Location and Travel
Working from DBI Office Shanghai
Should travel nationally and internationally if required.
Min. 120 days of traveling.
Terms and Conditio
Benefits: 15 days holiday per calendar year based on a five-day-week.
6 months’ probation period
