Mission

To provide 3rd party containment support on ‘supplier liable’ non conformances

Activities:

?Provide fit line support to the internal quality team Ipection, Engine Build and Test when suspected supplier liable quality issues are identified.

?Agree problem cause and allocation of ownehip; represent the product supplier in this agreement.

?Review product engineering drawing and specificatio to eure correct problem definition.

?Work along with internal clients functio to realise robust problem containment to protect the build facilities and minimise disruption, lead the containment process on behalf of the supplier.

?Develop detailed containment documentation to eure clear communication across all global locatio.

?Provide feedback and escalation of quality issues and supplier performance.

?Eure the internal QM module with the SAP system is kept up to date.

?Liaise with the supplier directly to facilitate containment checks and eure containment is fully complete.

?Work with internal logistics to eure affected material is quarantined and returned to the supplier as required.

Qualification:

? Fluent command of English;

?Computer Literate, SAP would be beneficial;

?Automotive OEM or 1st Tier Quality Engineer or Aerospace Ipection experience;
