Position:Floor Plan Credit Operation Manager
Summary: The incumbent is respoible for Respoible for monitoring the execution of floor plan-Credit Operation Team & On-Site Auditor Team to provide quality service to corporate custome while euring credit and operational risks are under control.
Job Respoibilities
Daily operatio of Credit Operation and Dealer Auditing:Leading the teams of Credit Operation and Dealer Auditing to conduct safe and smooth operation by following established policies, procedures, and task manuals, and euring their legal compliance.Managing daily operation in the areas of credit operation and dealer auditing, and working toward to efficiency and service quality improvement in order to continuously improve dealer satisfaction.Being respoible for both team and cross-function communication and coordination, and manage both daily tasks and project work to achieve the team target.Monitoring and controlling all associated risks in the areas of credit operation and dealer auditing, and giving early warning and reporting by strictly following risk management policy.
Supporting on FP OP strategy and management improvement:According to both company and department development strategy and target, establish and optimize the task manuals & procedures for Operation and Auditor team in order to improve efficiency timely.Providing suggestio for risk control from pepectives of credit operation and on-site audit, and monitoring risk deale & high-risk deale to avoid company’s assets loss.Assisting to make and review FP related business budget / forecast, OPEX budget/forecast. , and taking a leading role in appropriate cost control.Participate in related supplie selection, daily service tracking and evaluation to satisfy company’s related policy/rules.
FP System Development:Working together with IS Department to develop and refine FP related information system projects in orderto support the steady and sustainable development of business.
Team & Staff Management:Dealer Auditing,including but not limited to task allocation within authorization, recruitment, performance evaluation, training, motivation, and team builiding to maintain a pleasant and healthy work environment.
Othe:Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned Superio to eure the smooth operation of the business.
Job Requirements:A degree holder in Finance or related discipline, master degree preferable.Over 8 yea of corporate finance experience in the financial service industry, two or more yea of supervisory/management experience.Excellent undetanding of internal control, credit, risk management regulation and rulesCompreheive undetanding of corporate management mechanism.Excellent undetanding of business operation procedures and standards of DNAF as well as auto deale.In-depth knowledge of auto-finance industryExcellent undetanding of DNAF’s business and product. In-depth undetanding of credit business knowledge, expert on tools, method and operation of credit approvalOutstanding knowledge of risk management and finance.Well equipped with excellent client relatiohip management skills and scripts, as well as outstanding communication skills.Excellent time management skill.Remarkable data collection and analysis skills.Extraordinary operation skills of business systemMicrosoft Word, Excel & Outlook experienceFluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken)

岗位职责:
执行日常运营和经销商盘点的运营工作根据公司相关制度、工作流程和任务手册, 带领信贷运营和经销商盘点队伍完成日常工作,并确保合规性负责Operation和Auditor团队日常运营管理工作,提高工作效率和服务质量,以不断提高经销商满意度负责团队内部和之间的沟通协调,有效的执行日常工作和项目工作,以完成团队的整体工作目标按公司风险管理政策,以审慎的态度监管信贷操作和现场审计过程中可能出现的风险,并及时预警和汇报
协助制定运营策略和运营管理提高根据公司和部门的发展战略和目标,及时制定和完善CO和Auditor团队的工作流程和相关制度以提高工作效率。从信贷操作和现场审计的角度对风险监管提出合理化建议,并配合完成高风险经销商的监管和处置,以避免公司资产受损协助制定库存部门的业务预算/预测以及费用预算/预测, 合理控制相关费用。参与业务相关供应商的筛选及日常服务的跟进以及评价以符合公司的规程。库存应用系统开发 FP System Development和IS部门一起共同完成库存部门相关的IS开发项目已支持业务的稳定和可持续发展。
团队和员工管理负责 运营和经销商审计的团队建设,包括但不限于工作任务的分配和管理、人员的招聘、绩效考核、培训、激励、团队建设等工作以保证和谐和健康的工作氛围
其他 完成库存金融部负责人安排的其他相关工作或临时任务已保证业务顺利开展。
岗位要求:金融或相关专业本科毕业,硕士学位优先超过8年在金融服务行业的公司财务经验,2年以上的主管/经理经验对于公司内控机制、信贷法规和风险管理条例和规则有深入了解。对于公司管理机制有全面了解。对于公司及汽车经销商业务操作流程及标准有广泛了解。对汽车金融行业有深入理解。对于公司业务及产品有深入认识。对于信贷业务有深入了解,对于信贷审批的工具、方法和操作的了解达到专家水平。具备扎实的风险管理和财务知识。具备出众的客户关系管理技巧和方法以及出色的沟通能力。优秀的时间管理能力出色的数据收集和分析能力杰出的系统操作能力熟练操作Word, Excel和Outlook熟练掌握英语及普通话(书面及口语)
