岗位职责：根据公司政策对逾期客户执行现场催收行动；对逾期车辆施行收回前准备和收回后的转移，停放移交等工作，不直接参与车辆现场收回工作；协调部门与当地专营店，法院，车管所，合作公司等的关系；完成总部交办的其他汽车金融现场任务，包含但不限于贷前贷后家访等。

岗位要求：大专学历或以上；三年以上银行现场催收经验或汽车金融现场催收经验；性格坚韧，果敢；退伍军人和武警优先考虑； 拥有驾照并熟悉当地情况。

Summary: In charge of Field collection, Field visit and other auto finance field jobs. Focus on field collection.

Job Respoibilities:Execute the field collection tasks according to company policy;Coordinate the preparation of repo overdue vehicles, and do not participate in the repo work directly;Coordinate the relatiohip with the local auto deale, local court, local vehicle administration office and local vendor.Complete other auto finance field tasks assigned from supervisor, including but not limited to field visit.

QualificationCollege degree or above;3 yea or above in field collection in banking industry or auto finance industry;With tenacious and courageous peonality;Retired army or armed policeman preferred;Have driving licee and be familiar with local conditio.
