Respoibilities:
1. Formulate a commercialisation strategy for the web channel in line with CBG China strategy
2. Develop and enhance eBusiness team’s compreheive undetanding of Retail banking products, services to eure DBS is seen to deploy differentiated online Customer Value Propositio (CVP)
3. Develop, maintain and produce MIS reports to evaluate channel commercialisation effectiveness and agreed KPIs
4. Drive online sales by formulating and managing a framework for on-line Marketing, Communication and lead generation. Impact all sales, channel utilisation and customer satisfaction metrics.
5. Co-ordinate and manage implementation of channel related projects as per the agreed roadmap with the country head and the regional eBusiness team.
6. Manage relatiohips with third party service provide.
7. Monitor Group best practice and identify opportunities to work together.
8. Demotrate leadehip to drive team performance.
Requirements:
1. Desire and interest in operating digital channels
2. Technical undetanding of content Management systems
3. Experience in managing / developing optimal user experience
4. Undetanding and managing digital partne / agencies
5. Experience in electronic marketing
6. Ability to engage + manage technology and technical analysis
7. 5 yea of relevant industry and channel management experience or above
