The Job:
1.To handle the attendance record and check;
2.To be respoible for courier documents bill checking;
3.To be respoible for administration report;
4.To handle the iurance issue;
5.Follow up with company licee issue;
6.To act as administration secretary to maintain and update all administration documents;
7.To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.
The Qualification:
College graduated, with 3 yea’ working experience in both office administration & Human Recoues Management. Good command of English and Chinese.
