Job Description
? Proactively identify information need through close working with JJMC internal stakeholde to draft the MR project definition – define business issues to be addressed, scope & requirements, methodologies, developing questionnaires, etc.
? Lead and advise best optio of delivering project requirements; execute project by working closely together with external research agencies and JJMC internal resource; eure top quality research reports are delivered cost-effectively.
? Be able to develop preliminary analysis from the research findings and assist the business owne to link it to the business objectives
? Handle and build up close relatiohip with both internal market research use and external service provide.
Requirement
? Education: Bachelor or Master degree, preferably related to healthcare or marketing
? Experience: At least 3 yea’ experience in market research and 1 year project lead experience
? Functional Knowledge & Skills :
?Quantitative and qualitative analysis
?Good at PowerPoint and Excel
? Managerial & Interpeonal Skills
?Career oriented, high respoibilities and being able to work under high pressure
?Effective communication, presentation and facilitation
?Quick learning abilities
