Job Description:

?Coordinate and organize testing for OEM as BMW Daimler etc and Tier-1 supplie

?Make DVP, PVP and PVR that meet OEM’s requirements, including testing schedule and cost forecast

?Plan and prepare testing devices

?File up and evaluate testing results

?Participate in internal and external testing meetings (status tests, etc.), so to solve technical problems and promote Shanghai imat.

?Create required specificatio for all experimental setups

?Analysis and handling of customer complaints

?Support in quality and sampling processes regarding automotive industry standards.

?Set up testing pla, deadlines and cost forecast

Qualification:

?Technical education background: Automation, Electronic, automotive or mechanical major preferred

?Experience in validating interioexterior testing. Testing includes functional durability testing, environmental testing, safety testing, material & mechanical testing, and vibration & acoustic testing.

?Familiar with testing devices

?Familiar with auditing processes

?Familiar with C/C++ language

?Great knowledge of automotive testing standards (ISO, SAE, ASTM, DBL, PR, GS, PV, VDA)

?Fluent in English and Chinese

?MS office tools ( Outlook, Excel,Word and Powerpoint)
