乘用车NVH测试工程师

Being part of the NVH department, as NVH Engineer, you will support the Department Manager in the execution and management of the engineering projects related to NVH testing and development, acting also as interface between our client and the company in order to eure the objectives of the projects are fulfilled.

Respoibilities

职责：

- Technical communication with Chinese custome and supplie in terms of:

与客户及供应商进行技术交流，包括：

o Discussion of technical proposals: scope, schedule,…

讨论技术方案：范围、时间表等

o Project execution: planning, task follow-up and reporting

项目执行：计划、任务跟进以及报告总结

- Execution of objective test: preparation, analysis and reporting

执行客观性测试：测试准备、结果分析、以及技术报告

- Supporting and reporting of subjective evaluation and tuning/development activities.

支持并汇报主观评价、调校/开发活动

Education

教育

- Engineering Degree with Mechanical or Automotive specialization.

车辆工程换或机械相关专业

- Chinese driving licee. Regular driving experience is an asset.

中国驾驶执照。熟练驾驶经验优先。

Language skills

- Fluency in English as well as in local languages (Mandarin, Cantonese).

汉语母语，流利的英语

- Additional languages (such as Spanish, German) are an asset.

同时具有其他外语能力（如西班牙语、德语等）更佳

Profile

- At least 5 yea of experience related with NVH development and evaluation specially for HEV vehicles. OEM experience is an asset.

至少5年NVH开发和评价经验，特别是针对乘用车和混合动力车辆。主机厂经验更佳。

- Knowledge about benchmarking activity definition and execution.

了解标定工作的定义和执行。

- Able to carry our target setting activities and target book definition.

能够设立目标活动和目标定义

- Able to carry our complete NVH performance validation.

能够完成完整的NVH性能验证。

- Technical NVH background.

NVH技术背景。具有模态、传递路径分析等分析经验更佳。

- Experience with test equipment Test Lab from LMS, Pulse from B&K or similar.

拥有LMS Test Lab、B&K Pulse经验。
