Job Objective职位目标:
1) Delivery Ecommerce Business Strategy: Building up a sustabilable and profitable business mod, develop differentiated strategy of Alibaba, B2C, B2B to win while Online.
2) New channel development
3) Working with Marketing department to develop digital communication stratgey and execute in Platforms
4) Delivery Sales, Market Share, Budget Management Goal, Margin as well as online KPIS especially turn around the trend of UV.
5) Keep closely eye on E-commerce trend of sanitary ware inudstry and explore the new initiatives to creat the demand of reinventing bathroom.
6) Track and monitor the investment on E-commerce business and develop an effective high ROI Mechanism
7) Work closely with supply chain to set up the apporpriate suppply and after sales system to expand the scope of online business to C/D Cities in China by providing good shopping experience online to coume.
8) Work with MKT to undetand the needs of shoppe then tralate business intelligence into applicable initiatives from product holistic marketing campaing online and take prompt reaction to opportunities/requirement from custome when necessary.
9) Develop a competent E-commerce organization to win in short term and long term.
