Job description

?To lead activities for all aspects of the in-life phase of rodent studies including but not limited to: formulation preparation, dosing administration, sample collection and processing

?To maintain prompt, accurate and clear documentation of detail experiments and research results

?Summarize and present research results in project and departmental meetings

Qualificatio:

?Ph D. in animal science/pharmacokinetics/pharmacology/biochemistry

?Hands-on experience working with rodents

?Research experience or training in pharmacology

?Ability to follow protocols, SOPs and related policies and guidelines

?To work independently and productively and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medicinal chemists, biologists, pharmacologists and toxicologists

岗位职责：

?能够熟练领导完成啮齿类动物实验如动物采购、动物检疫、体重称量、制剂配制口服或注射给药、眼眶、静脉采血、解剖等

?协助饲养员从事一些基本工作

?及时、准确和清楚的进行实验观察及数据记录、分析、核对、整理、归档和报告撰写等

?项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论

职位要求：

?动物医学、医学、药理学、药物代谢动力学等相关专业博士学历

?有较丰富的啮齿类动物实验操作经验，熟悉各种给药方式和采血方式

?有药理学研究经验

?对实验动物有热情及兴趣，动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强，身体健康，且无实验动物过敏史

?独立开展工作和解决问题能力

?能熟练应用Office软件记录、处理和展示实验内容及数据

?有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力
