- Lead TGM operation team monitor and optimize process, eure the process run in safe, reliable and efficient way, process troubleshooting带领全面气体管理班组监控和优化工艺生产，确保安全、稳定和有效运行，发现和解决工艺问题

- Make sure plant is in line with company IMS and natioal police and requirment 确保工厂符合公司工业管理系统和国家政策和要求

-Satisfy customer by implementation ISO9001 and good communication with them通过与客户良好的沟通及ISO9000标准的贯彻以满足客户

- Manage, control and evaluate the employee in team, give the necessary support and to guide the employee towards optimum performance管理，控制并评估团队内员工，给予员工必要的支持以引导员工完成绩效

任职资格：

- 30岁以下，本科以上学历，化学工程与工艺相关专业

- 2年以上大型化工企业工艺管理经验，

- 英文读写能力与良好的沟通能力
