职位描述：

Respoibilities:

1. 参与项目的管理和规划，包括项目预算、利润核算和成本控制，协助总经理完成对项目进度的监督工作，负责所涉及项目的设计、内容及其制作的执行和运营；

Participate in project management and planning, including project budget, profit calculation and cost control. Assist G.M. to complete the supervision on the project schedule, respoible for of the project involved the design, content and execution.

2. 积极与团队、客户和供应商保持良好沟通与协调，协助总经理实现项目的最终设计要求；

Actively work and maintain good communication and coordination with whole team, custome and supplie, Provide backup support to G.M. to realize project final design requirements

3. 对项目的实施及项目的进度负有监督义务；

Respoible for oveeeing the implementation and the progress of whole project

4. 协助总经理对项目分工进行管理监控，确保高标准的客户服务质量，以保证团队完成既定目标，提升展会国际化形象与服务品质；

Respoible for assisting G.M. the division of work for the project, to eure the quality of high standards of customer service, To eure the team to achieve the established objectives and improve international image and service quality,

5. 全面管理团队，负责部门的管理，员工的业绩、态度、能力考核及选拔、任用、培训等工作。

Team compreheive management, respoible for the management of the department, the employee's performance, attitude, ability assessment and selection, appointment and training

任职要求:

Experience, Qualificatio and Technical Skills

1. 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上展览行业项目工作经验，能够独立开拓市场；

Bachelor degree or above, 5 yea’ experience in exhibition industry market management, independently develops the market is required.

2. 突出的中英文沟通能力；

Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

3. 卓越的活动统筹管理能力，思路清晰，能独立完成展览会的方案制定及执行；

The remarkable management ability of organizing activities, Clear Thinker, Can independently accomplish the exhibition plan formulation and implementation

4. 具有较强的市场推广、组织运作能力，及丰富的客户服务经验；

Strong Marketing Capabilities, organization operation ability, and rich experience in customer service

5. 良好的人际沟通能力和方法，良好的语言表达能力，灵活、机智的处事能力；

Good interpeonal communication skills and methods, good language expression ability, flexible and resourceful ability of doing things

6. 熟悉国内外的展览动态,具有严谨的逻辑思维能力，善于归纳总结；

Be familiar with the exhibit dynamic at home and abroad, has the strict logical thinking ability.

7. 有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力；能接受出差或临时分派任务；

Have a strong see of respoibility and team work spirit, With rich experience for crisis management and stress management. Can accept business trip or temporary assigned tasks

8. 有工业制造、工业媒体工作经验优先。

Similar experience in Manufacturing field or vertical industry media is preferred.
