Major Respoibilities:
?Coordinating China C&B projects for different plantsites.
?Participate global C&B projects and support projects implementation in China.
?Respoible for China C&B competitiveness market study and analysis.
?Support line manager on cross country C&B studies, analysis, and proposals.
?Respoible for total rewards design & implementation.
?Supervise C&B operational efficiency optimization.
?Act as the expertise on job evaluation and compeation structure design.
?Design and review incentive frame work, and process.
?Respoible for people cost budget, forecast and actual tracking.
?Respoible C&B compliance audit.
?Supervise HR system implementation, and initiate optimization suggestio.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
?Bachelor's degree or above.
?More than 5 yea’ hands on experience on C&B function
?Strong knowledge on C&B data analysis.
?Experience on HRIS system is a plus.
?Fluent English in writing and speaking
