? Designate specs, performance and reliability standards with supplier

? Manage and negotiate for the best prices for tooling, testing fee, sample and key

components in the BOM

? Co-operate with Program Team to monitor supplie for running engineering and

qualification build till final product and supplier approval

? Align for supply chain models with supplie and internal order fulfillment groups

? Eure deployment of DFM, DFT, & DFP

? Strategic Cost Management:

? Identify cost breakdow, conduct bench mark and negotiate for most competitive price,

terms & conditio with supplie quarterly

? Lead VE/CIP with supplie & internal engineering & program teams for productivity and

quality improvement

? Undetand market trend for key material and technology evolution

? Develop Cost Model and drive for saving opportunities

? Supply Chain Management

? VOT (Vendor On Time)

? Monitor dynamics of regular forecast with customer, operatio & supplie

? Identify longhort terms structural supply bottleneck & mitigate risks with strategic

plan with operatio and supplie both in NPD and MP phases

? Collaborate with supplier on long lead time component buffe when necessary.

? Agreement & Administration

? Lead to negotiate MSA with new supplie for agreement of commercial; logistics and

quality models per Company

? Process MSA with legal and supplier

? Set up trade terms for Oracle with Finance & other relevant internal groups
