Requirements:

1.Min Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Min 8 yea of relevant experience;

2.Experience with Research and Development methods for automotive components;

3.Experience with launch new idea to production;

4.Strong expertise with engineering tools, innovation method, working independently during execution of tasks;

5.Skilled in preparing and giving clear and concise research documents including reports, presentatio and itructio;

6.Ability of working with and coordinating cross function team.

Job description:

1.Oveee R&D activities to eure appropriate resources are utilized efficiently;

2.Assist in the design or modification of products to meet functional requirements or performance specificatio;

3.Utilizes advanced engineering and analysis skills like CAE and testing , evaluate technologies under development and evolve new verification methods;

4.Apply mature engineering and problem solving skills to evaluate functional aspects of products under development, VAVE;

5.Provide product design and application teams with expert technical iight on function of technology including complex problem resolution;

6.Optimize and follow Research and Development Procedure to manage risk and compliance requirements;

7.Tightly follow government requirements and screen newest technology in automotive industry and seeking opportunities, protect company’s intellectual property ;

8.Oveee development of new methods of evaluation aligned with improved efficiency or product technical development;

9.Develop information collection and evaluation methods.
