岗位职责：

1、根据项目需求独立完成应用软件开发的工作

2、辅助完成系统分析、设计及相关文档的编写

3、在各种环境中对系统出现的技术问题进行支持与排错

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，5年以上软件开发经验

2、拥有大型项目开发经验及独立工作能力

3、精通.net架构和.net环境下常用的开发模式

4、精通b,c,mvc开发构架

5、精通.net web c#语言

6、精通sql2005/2012数据库开发

7、熟练使用css+div, javascript, html, ajax, jQuery等常用技术

8、熟练使用crystalreport报表开发及应用，熟悉vss,svn等版本控制软件的使用，熟悉componentone等第三方控制

Respoibilities

-Respoible for the code development that creates, enhances, extends new or existing systems as project’s requirement independently or collaborate with team;

-Pre – investigate the feasibility process of project requirement;

-Provide realistic and accurate assessment and estimation of assigned project;

-Work closely with Team and external partner to gather appropriate resources;

-Work closely with Team and external partner to design\program the system;

-Perform Unit & Performance Testing activities;

-Develop/Document deployment process/Operation Manual for user;

-Milestone control and regular meeting with each project’s related department;

-Perform analysis, design, development, testing, implementation for the assigned project;

-Eure, enforce and evangelize known best practices;

-Provide frequent status updates regarding work progress, requests, and risks as user arise;

-Supporting and troubleshooting each incident from each system under each environment;

-Handle other duties as assigned;

Job Requirement

Knowledge and abilities:

-Knowledge of comply with developing regulation;

-Competency with .net and the regular method of developing under .net environment;

-Competency with b, c, mvc;

-Competency with .net web c#;

-Experience with SQL 2005/2012 Database development;

-Ability to work on multiple scenario with css + div, javascript, html, ajax, jQuery etc. ;

-Excellent ability of coding structure & document skill;

-Experience with Crystal Report;

-Familiar with vss, svn veion control systems ;

-Familiar with component gallery;

Experiencekills/Qualificatio:

-Over 5 yea’ experience focus on IT program developing;

-Experience with major projects & platform in the past career life;

-Experience with solo developing application within company level;

-Experience with Manufactory background & ERP;

-Fluent English speaking. Excellent oral and written communicatio skills, as well as excellent presentation and listening skills;

-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professional standards and quality;

-Experience representing abstract concepts visually with workflows, data model, concept diagrams;

-Creativity and flexibility, high energy, and strong work ethic;

-Experience with QAD a plus;
