Major Respoibilities

?Compreheive market studies and quality assessments in order to select and identify qualified supplie;

?Prepare RFQ and collect competitive quotes from multiple supplie, price analysis by cost breakdown and market trend, etc.;

?Respoible for supplier negotiation to eure the company ow the best quality, pricing, commercial terms to maximize overall value to the company;

?Implement the signing of NDA and contract;

?Overall manage PPAP process with the supplie by follow up the progress with internal divisio and oveea colleagues;

?Achieve cost reduction target by identifying new qualified supplie or optimizing the cost level of exiting supplie;

?Maintain good partnehip with supplie by evaluating, developing and monitoring vender capabilities and processes to iure supply chain successfully;

?Act as a project leader in APAC to keep effective communicating with internal divisio, work closely with oveea sourcing team and oveea PMI team to iure various of VA/VE projects can be implemented on time;

?Closely work with Supplier Quality Enginee to execute quality deliverables, participate in annual supplier quality audit in conjunction with supplier quality team and product engineer team;

?Other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualification:

?Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, Electronic or equivalent;

?5+ yea sourcing experience in related manufacturing industry and rich project experience, working experience in international company is preferred;

?Good knowledge and experience with purchasing mechanical products and electrical parts, especially localization experience;

?Familiar with procurement process, local market and supplier evaluation;

?Highly developed time management and follow up skills and the ability to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure;

?Target driven and technical detail-oriented;

?Have knowledge of ISO, PPAP and other recognized international quality system standards;

?With good intra and cross departmental management ability, good negotiation and communication skills, excellent command of both written and oral English;

?Must be computer literate and have experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

?Willing to travel exteively, both domestic and oveea;
