JOB SUMMARY:

1）Eure big potential custome to better undetand all IDEXX ranges.

确保有潜力的大客户能更好的了解爱德士的各项产品。

2）Leverage Water business technical support and customer service to build up IDEXX brand.

为水产品线的客户提供良好的技术支持和客户服务，建立爱德士品牌。

3）Help to increase the success rate in Filta-Max case by early training

通过Filta-max 设备的安装培训而为客户提供学习计划方案。

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

1）Provide big potential custome with the PT tests to push them try or use more IDEXX products.

为有潜力的大客户提供能力验证活动信息，以此推动他们更多的尝试或使用爱德士的产品 ；

2）Assist influential custome to accomplish tests and offer technical support on emergency cases or government projects.

协助有影响力的客户完成测试并为紧急或者政府项目提供技术服务 ；

3）Be respoible for Filta-Max training, on-site itallation and maintenance.

负责两虫淘洗设备的培训，现场安装和维护；

4）Assist Marketing & sales team to organize national and regional semina.

协助市场部或销售部组织国内和区域研讨会；

5）Increase Filta-Max awareness in China by early training on potential custome.

通过前期对潜在客户的培训，来提高两虫淘洗设备在国内的知名度。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIO:

EDUCATION:

a)B or equivalent required and major in biology preferred. 本科或同等以上学历，生物类相关专业（如生物工程、生物化工、环境科学…）；

b)Laboratory operation certificate and other relevant certificate preferred. 具备实验室操作证书及其他相关证书者优先考虑。

EXPERIENCE:

a)At least 1 yea working experience on technical support or Laboratory work. 至少1年以上实验室或技术服务的相关工作经验。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

a)Demotrated excellence in technical support and Laboratory operation skill. 具备卓越的技术服务和实验室操作技能；

b)Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 熟练使用办公室软件；

c)Good at English reading compreheion. 良好的英语阅读理解能力；

d)Competency in presentation and communication skills.良好的表达和沟通交流能力；

e)Willingness to travel. 愿意出差；
