岗位职责：

1.负责客户图纸、样品的评估、成本分析；

2.负责新项目的评估、立项、开发；

3.与材料工程师合作，负责新产品的设计、开发、试制、优化；

4.负责新产品实现过程中治具、模具（管）、工具的设计；

5.负责新产品试产过程中的技术指导；

6.负责新产品开发过程中资料的整理；

7.重大质量问题整改工作及产品提升工作；

8.与其他部门的协作沟通事宜及领导安排的其他工作；

Job Respoibility:

1.Respoible for customer drawings or sample evaluation and cost analysis;

2.Respoible for new project evaluation, project kick off and development;

3.Cooperate with material engineer, respoible for new product design, development, trial production, optimization;

4.Respoible for design the tooling and mold (hose);

5.Respoible for technical guidance in the process of new product trial production;

6.Respoible for new product development process of documents;

7.Rectify and reform when have big quality issue and improve our products;

8.Collaboration with other departments and other work arranged by leadehip;

任职要求：

1.机械设计、材料成型等专业毕业，具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学等) 国内211,985大学优先；

2.10年以上工作经验，至少5年以上机械类、塑胶类新产品开发经验，3年以上塑料挤出行业工作经验，熟悉产品开发流程；

3.有较强的创新设计能力，有申请过专利者优先；

4.有很强的动手能力，须独立完成样品的试制；

5.熟练使用Solid works，CAD 设计软件，熟练使用各种办公软件；

6.英语四级以上，良好的英语读写及沟通能力，口语熟练；

Job Requirements：

1.Graduate from mechanical design, material shaping and control engineering with good mechanical theory knowledge (such as: mechanical design, mechanical principle, mechanics of materials, etc.);

2.More than 10 yea working experience, at least 5 yea experience in development of new machinery, plastic products, 3 yea working experience in plastics extrusion industry, very familiar with the process of product development;

3.Have strong ability of innovative design, applied for some patent is preferred;

4.Have excellent hands-on skills, must be independently trial samples ;

5.Be proficient at Solid works, CAD, and office software;

6.Above CET 4, good English reading and writing and communication skills;
