Job Summary:

The Creative Director supervises a staff of art directo.

Major Respoibilities:

- Oveee department of write / art directo.

- Originate innovative creative on limited budgets.

- Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

- Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Management.

- May include other duties as assigned.

Qualificatio / Specific Skill Requirements:

- Strong conceptual abilities–ability to originate creative ideas quickly and on limited budgets.

- Strong people skills–able to lead and motivate creative peonnel.

- Strong presentation skills–ability to peuade, inform and take criticism from clients, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.

- Must be able to inform and drive synergy across communication platforms, be able to successfully tralate ideas into other media (web, direct mail, showroom, print, TV and promotio).

- Experience across disciplines (advertising, direct marketing, interactive) preferred.

- At least 10+ yea of relevant working experience in 4A agency.

- Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job respoibilities.
