Overall objective of the Position：

Conduct and keep a good market intelligence for the company in RE and Senior Housing Industry. Assist in Business Development and operation tralation.

Main Respoibilities：

· Conduct market research in the Real Estate and Senior Housing Industry by monitoring market developments and collecting market intelligence

· Conduct period market report in Senior Housing to investo

· Conduct project feasibility report

· Assist BD Director in coordinate projects with partne, coulting firms and local government if necessary

· Assist in tralation when it is needed

· Other jobs related to the project

Qualificatio and Experience：

· Friendly team player with can-do attitude

· Respoible and strong executing ability

· 1-2 year real estate market research experience

· Experienced in investment

· Strong market research skills

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Moderate skills in real estate investment financing

· Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently

· Ability to undetand and communicate in both English and Chinese, both verbally and written.

· Ability to travel around China

· Real estate coulting experience preferred

· Senior housing experience preferred
