Internal Communication, Administration and support for our sales team.
Eure efficiency in finalizing the payment, in financial reconciliation and in accounting
Coordinate various meeting schedules that include internal peonnel as well as custome.
Support Sales team in CRM system administration.
Gather weekly and monthly reports from supervisor’s direct reports.
Plan and carry out assigned administrative projects.
Organize internal sales meeting and other activities.

Bachelor degree, preferably with informatics, intellectual property, marketing, business management, economics as majo
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize own work and effectively meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
High level of skill, working heavily with: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
