Job Description:

Position: Analyst

Location: Beijing, Shanghai

Respoibilities:

-Work on a strategy coulting project, develop specialized knowledge and lead work streams or small CSS projects

-Work closely with team membe to synthesize analyses into key findings and develop actionable recommendatio

-Work closely with clients to undetand their issues, create strategies for change and win buy-in for your recommendatio

Requirements:

-Bachelor or higher degree from top Chinese or oveeas univeities; Exclusive list of undergraduate Chinese univeities is Peking, Tsinghua, Fudan, Shanghai Jiaotong, Tongji, Nanjing, Zhejiang and Xiamen.

-Excellent academic records of top 10% academic rank

-Both fresh graduate or candidates with 1-3 yea’ related working experience are accepted

-Proven analytical and problem solving skills

-Superb communication skill in both Mandarin and English

-Excellent computer skills in EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.

-Good interpeonal skill and strong team spirits

-Strong passion for divee and fast-paced working environment

-Open minded for critical thinking and alternative views

Preferred Profile for Healthcare Practice Candidates:

-Bachelor or higher degree with major in biology/chemistry/medicine/public health/medical science/biomedical science from top Chinese or oveeas univeities/medical schools

-Candidate who has healthcare related work/interhip experience

-Coultant from leading coulting firms who work on healthcare projects
