Major Respoibilities :

?Accountable for implementing policies for financial crime compliance（FCC）in HACN including Anti-Bribery;

?Accountable for devising FCC strategy, policy and standards, controls and systems at country level under Group risk management framework and subject to local regulatory requirements.

?Support Head of FCC, HACN to work with relevant contacts in Global Businesses and Global Functio to eure coistent and effective application of relevant AB&C standards, policies and procedures.

?Act as principal point of contact for internal and external stakeholde in relation to AB&C risk (including regulato)

?Participate in and work with relevant industry bodies and groups in relation to Sanction related initiatives, trends and proposals.

?Stay at the forefront of key regulatory changes to eure proactive communication with business and implement appropriate Group policy and framework to manage the changes.

?Provide advice to business across HACN on AB&C risk associated with prospective business, products and service and design mitigation controls and strategies as appropriate

?To prepare and perform the training to the BU/Function lines as required in terms of AB&C requirements;

?To support Head of Sanction / FCC Head, HACN on the issues/problems/initiatives involving FCC;

Incumbent Requirements :

?Proficient knowledge of FCC/AML regulatio and guidance within the financial services industry.

?Fluent English ability, both oral and in written;

?Experience in the financial services industry, ideally from univeal banking. Working experience in the banking industry over 6 yea, which AB&C or AML working experience over 3 year is preferred.

?ACAMS/ICA Diploma preferred.

?Proven project management and analytical skills, together with ability to support decisio with sound commercial reasoning

?Knowledge of e-discovery, internet open source research preferred.

?Excellent communicator with good inter-peonal, presentation and influencing skills.

?Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.

?Numerate, evidence based analytical skills founded on an empirical base.
