General Purpose of the Position:

Overall Managing mass production projects per Nexteer CMII change management procedure.

Major Respoibilities:

？Overall manage changes per Nexteer CMII process requirement and customer requirement.

？Lead regular meeting with cross functional team membe to review all engineering changes.

？Work with team member to set up implementation timing for engineering changes.

？Using standardized change management tools to track and manage changes, make sure implementation on time. Also need to document related file for tracking.

？Risk identification and Escalation to make sure related resource assigned to resolve the issue to eure change implementation on time.

？Respoible to check every item listed on change readiness tracker before implementation to eure system is ready.

？Communicate with customer timely for change status.

？Managing engineering change spending to meet annual budget.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

？Experienced oral and written communication skills in English

？Familiar with TS16949 system

？Undetand major customer program management APQP process

？Familiar with Office Project Software.

？Good on skill of communication, timing and task management.

？Good leadehip skill

Experience:

？Education: Bachelor degree of engineering or above

？Work Experience: At least five yea project management experience or related mechanical engineer working experience in automotive industry.
