To develop purchasing plan and purchase all materials necessary for production, to qualify and evaluate supplie, to perform cost reduction, to eure smooth production operation by timely delivery of quality products. To qualify local sources. To support global purchasing projects and strategy (mainly from US and Europe)

Job Description Work out purchasing plan in accordance with sales forecast Place PO and follow up on orde Supplier Management including selection, price negotiation and evaluation Reduce cost and maintain the cost efficiency in all operatio Find and identify optimal new sources and supplie, while develop and control supplier negotiatio and relatio Evaluate local materials and manufacturing methods to compare to existing company standards and specificatio Assist Engineering in qualifying alternate materials and/or manufacturing methods for parts sourced locally Support global purchasing team on the sourcing strategy and project implementationCoordinate with QA to audit and qualify new supplie Assist QA to solve quality issueMiscellaneous projects as assigned by manager
