Role:

Incumbent would be a part of QAI’s business development team under QAI Global Services division of QAI China. Broadly the respoibilities would include:

?Growing Sales massively in this division.

?Key account management and generation of business from existing accounts

?Create and service new accounts.

?Marketing to increase sales

?Seeking and managing partnehips & alliances

?Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales.

?Making proposals, demotratio & presentatio to corporate clients.

Qualification:

-Preferably an MBA with 3-5 yea of experience in selling solutio & coulting.

-Must have experience in selling offering in the domain of Process improvement/ Operational excellence

Skills Required:

-Strong communication & presentation skills,

-Must be an initiator, innovator and have a creative thinking style.
