This is a position with the purpose to set up, monitor and maintain all Dornier rapier looms, euring the coistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance.

1.Essential job duties and tasks for which the job holder is directly respoible within key areas

(i)Set up and monitor all looms euring the coistency and quality of the fabrics produced to their optimum performance.

(ii)Maintain and repair looms as and when required to the approved maintenance standard.

(iii)Train and develop technical skills within the production environment euring all peonnel achieve the best possible production targets.

(iv)Work with senior head technician to eure that production plan targets are met.

(v)Work with Health & Safety and Quality peonnel to eure the effective performance of the quality system.

(vi)Eure effective communication of maintenance schedules and breakdow with production technician and advise of any trends in breakdown of looms.

2.Performance Standards.

2.1Production of coistently high quality fabrics.

2.2Optimum output of quality fabrics achieved through efficient set up and maintenance of looms

2.3Eure all areas of Company activity are in accordance with the goal of Total Quality

2.4Maintain the appropriate standards and practices within the manufacturing environment.

3.General Respoibilities

3.1To give support to other membe of the team

3.2To make sure all areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

3.3To give support to production in other areas when it is required.

3.4Undertake any other activities that the Company may reasonably request

EducatioOther Skills:

English and Mandarin Chinese Fluency.

Preferably a Mechanical Engineering Degree
