概述:

PCGS 上海市场营销助理需要提高对PCGS品牌的认识并且支持PCGS品牌在中国的发展。PCGS 上海市场营销助理需要支持PCGS亚洲市场经理的工作、执行美国总部对于分公司的要求使PCGS在中国及亚洲地区的市场活动更具竞争力。包括对当地市场计划的活动协调能力和技术执行。PCGS 上海市场营销助理需要对中国的营销渠道有良好的认识，包括网络、印刷、活动、社交媒体渠道，同时该职位需要对接中国当地的设计公司。

基本职责:

1.主要协调并执行中国内地的营销计划，参与部分香港地区的营销计划

2.外部机遇的研究和报告

3.收集报道竞争信息和情报

4.准备线上和社交媒体的市场推广活动

5.管理协调供应商、印刷厂和设计公司

6.支持、准备和参与展会

7.跟踪并保证市场项目按时完成

8.撰写新闻稿和报告（PowerPoint, 关键词）

9.翻译并理解美国总部在中国的市场活动

10.保持与团队成员和美国总部的有效沟通

We authenticate and grade collectible coi, banknotes, trading cards, tickets, autographs, and memorabilia. We also compile and publish authoritative information about United States and World coi, collectible trading cards and memorabilia.

The global expaion of our coin division (PCGS) into mainland China has generated the need to expand PCGS’s Chinese Marketing team in Shanghai. We need a team member who fluently speaks Mandarin and English, and is proficient in reading, writing and tralation in both languages. This position will ideally be filled by a Chinese national who has marketing experience, has a degree in Marketing and/or International Business, and is able to work extra and/or off hou for show events and to correspond with US Headquarte.

General Overview:

PCGS Shanghai Marketing Associate will increase awareness and support the growth of the PCGS brand in China. This position will serve as a support for the China/Asia Marketing Manager stationed in the US Headquarte, executing US corporate direction in Shanghai, and providing updates to the China/Asia Marketing Manager as to competitive and marketing activities in China and Asia. This includes marketing coordination and technical execution of the Chinese marketing initiatives. Candidate must have a good undetanding of marketing channels in China, including web, print, event, and social media channels. The individual will also work directly with the company’s China-based design firm.

Essential Duties and Respoibilities:

?Coordinate & execute marketing initiatives for China, secondary for Hong Kong

?Research and report on external opportunities

?Monitor and report competitive knowledge and intelligence

?Prepare online & Social Media marketing campaig

?Coordinate & manage vendor, printer and design agency

?Support, setup and attend tradeshow events

?Track & eure timely delivery of projects in the marketing calendar

?Write copy for press releases and executive presentatio (PowerPoint, Keynote)

?Tralate and assimilate US marketing campaig for Chinese market

?Maintain effective internal communicatio with local team member and US Headquarter.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

?Ideal candidate will be a China national with strong undetanding of the Chinese coumer

?Good English compreheion, reading, writing and tralation

?Effective communication skills and keen attention to detail

?Experience managing creative projects and working with design agency

?Marketing background with Social Media experience & show event coordination

?Ability to create PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentatio

?Minimum of 3-5 yea of experience in marketing

?Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time

?Ability to work off hou and communicate directly with US Headquarte
