DESCRIPTION

1. Respoible for creating 3D models and 2D drawings in CATIA v5, and guarantee design quality

2. Data administration, preparation of the reviews and the release of components and sub assembly of the product

3. Keep and control design time acc. to project time schedule

4. Prepare change application and related doc.

5. Respoible for performing tolerances calculation

6. Creation and actualisation of the BOM

7. Respoible for the drawings checking

8. Perform DFMEA , design review and design freeze with team

9. Support fixture design for lab use if necessary

DEMANDS

1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering background;

2. At least 2 year experience in CATIA design

3. Proficient in Catia V5, good computer application skill

4. Good reading and writing English skills

5. Able to use MS office to present all CAD changes to foreign team

6. Experience in assigning tolerances and applying geometric tolerances

7. Good communication skills
