Education(level and major): 
· have a college degree appropriate for this with this position
Experience (yea):
· Must have a minimum of 5 yea of management experience in hotel or service apartment.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certificatio: 
· Must have experience managing a budget
· Must have experience with decision making and problem solving
· have a college degree appropriate for this position
· Must be able to communicate in written and spoken English as well as Mandarin. Ability to communicate in the local dialect is preferred.
· Regular and timely attendance.
· Ability to travel to the US for training and travel locally for routine work assignments.
Customer Service
· Provide a high level of customer service to Residents and Team Membe by achieving the standards . 
Administration
· Respoible for the financial performance of the community by creating, managing and staying within the approved budget and managing the community to desired company expee to revenue ratios.
· Respoible for maintaining accounting compliance by oveeeing the community financial records including rent receipts, petty cash disbuements, miscellaneous income and expenditures, and payroll.
· Respoible for maintaining HR compliance by oveeeing the peonnel records of all employees, including proper and complete documentation for all new hires, ongoing training documentation, performance evaluatio, and timely merit increases.
· Respoible for maintaining state regulatory compliance by managing all departments through weekly manager meetings, monthly state ipection reviews, and regional corrective action pla and/or regional site visit memos.
· Provide the Shanghai office with all necessary reports on time and in the proper format.
· Respoible for implementing and enforcing the policies and procedures established to appropriately manage occupancy, rent roll and resident services.

· Accountable for the overall functionality of the community. This includes:

· Respoible for implementation and enforcing all policies and procedures as outlined in policy manuals and handbooks.
· Respoible for investigation of all accidents and emergencies.

· Respoible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, developing and terminating the following department positio:
v Executive Chef
v Housekeeping Supervisor
v Nuing Director
v Sales Director(s)
v Maintenance Supervisor
v Security Supervisor
v Financial Director
v Concierge/Front Desk
v Human Resources Director
v Active Living Director
· Eure all peonnel policies and procedures are followed.
· Provides active leadehip in creating and maintaining the highest standards of employee satisfaction.
· Respoible for managing turnover rate.
Resident Satisfaction
· Provide active leadehip in creating and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction in the areas of facilities, food service, activities, housekeeping, staff interactio and resident care.
