General Purpose of the Position:

Eure the import/export if material is timely and payment of duties and freight is correct.

Major Respoibilities:

？Monitor shipment status and communicate to 3rd party LSP for on time delivery.

？Manage 3rd party LSP, according to division policy in terms of cost, speed and coistency. Monitor and report its performance.

？Apply the customs duties and charges based on duty classification and rates.

？Eure adequate handbook and licee. Organize and maintain documentation for retention period.

？Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction.

？Support the activities of advance PC&L.

？Monitor import/export trait time and develop route to reduce lead time & cost.

？Audit freight bills, log as required for timely payment

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

？College diploma or equivalent education experience

？Good English. Other language will be a plus

？Operation experience involving oceaaitruck international freight

？Skilled in logistics network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving

？Strong interpeonal communication skills

？Organized and disciplined

Experience:

？Familiar with customs requirements

？Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, etc.)

？3 yea experience on import/export, international trade
