1.Technical contribution：

Represents the Commissioning function at project meetings and design review meetings. Contributes to creation of the project commissioning philosophy and implementation. Implements commissioning design changes and the production of as built project documentation. Supports continuous improvement of project process and product and system design via provision of lesso learned feedback.

2.Sales Support

Assists in creating proposals for engineering projects or programs through provision of bills of materials and estimated engineering hou for own discipline.

3.Contract Management

Supports Contract Manage in issuing claims (new scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantificatio etc.)

4.Planning and control

Creates work pla and cost estimates for work in own area of respoibility and proactively manages this work to deliver the agreed program on time, on quality and at targeted cost.

5.Risk and opportunity management

Represents the Commissioning function at risk review meetings throughout the project lifecycle e.g. hazard and operability study and hazard identification study reviews in the design phase and the Commissioning panel during the commissioning phase. Conducts risk and opportunity assessments in real time during the commissioning phase to eure safe implementation of the commissioning philosophy and identification of potential variation requests to support contract claims. Reports early any contract/quality/program/cost issues to management, along with recommendatio for resolution.

6.Customer

Coordinates site activities focused on finalizing customer acceptance certification. Acts as the ABB lead for commissioning activities on a project. Eures that ABB is presented as a professional organization in all interactio with the customer

7.Supply chain management

Manages external organizatio providing Commissioning with equipment, systems or services (e.g. issues permits to work, provides guidance on health and safety requirements and work practices, accepts as complete work done).

8.Technical leadehip and knowledge sharing

?Coaches Associate Commissioning Enginee.

?May deliver technical presentatio, semina, trainings

9.Processes and tools

Uses agreed processes and procedures to eure that all commissioning activities comply with the required safety regulatio and satisfy contractual requirements.

?Univeity degree and above in engineering

?Commissioning and service work experience for HV/MV primary equipment is a plus

?Commissioning and service work experience for drives(VSD), power conveion system, energy storage system etc. is a plus

?PLC programming and Autocad experience is a plus

?Result oriented, independent and flexible having the commitment to the business

?Experience in

?creating and carrying out test procedures

?investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults

?troubleshooting

?writing reports and documentation

?providing technical support

?euring safe working conditio

?Available for frequent travel both domestic and oveea

?Native Chinese language speaker with good level of English

?PC literate
