Key accountabilities:

?Establish and maintain in-house databases

?Analyse market trends and development

?Conduct market research for publicatio on a regular basis

?Produce original and thought leadehip topical/white pape

?Present to internal and external clients

?Work with other teams on market commentaries and pitches

Requirements and qualificatio:

?MSc or MA in economics, real estate, statistics, finance from a recognised univeity oveeas

?At least 3 yea work experience in property coulting and/or research

?Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and ppt

?Fluent in Chinese and English, native Cantonese a advantage

?Competent presentation and writing skills
