1, 团队日常管理,包括人员考勤,数据分配,质量控制
Daily team management including attendance recording, database assignment and quality check & control.
2, 检查及跟踪呼叫中心工作进度并定期向经理汇报
Track and eure the accomplishments of every milestone set to the Call Center and report to Call Center Manager periodically
3, 协助经理控制呼叫中心成本费用
Assist Manager to eure the cost effectiveness of the Call Center
4, 呼叫中心新进员工工作指导
Coach new staff
5, 市场经理指派的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
Qualificatio / Experience Required
1,大学本科以上学历,专业不限
- Univeity graduate with Bachelor degree and above;
2,二年以上相关工作经验
- 2 yea' relevant working experience,
3,优秀的沟通技能,对工作压力的承受能力强,有合作精神
- Excellent communication skill, a good team player able to work under pressure;
4,计算机应用熟练
- Good PC skills .
