Job Description：

The WM China Domestic COO respoible for the overall operation and execution of strategy and business plan for WM domestic business in China; and including design and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, risk mitigation, and communication. As Business Analyst, you will work very closely with the team and management and help drive the achievement of the respective business goals. The key respoibilities will include:

·In-depth involvement with project management / coordination of activities across different departments and internal and external stakeholde. These activities included analyzing and formulating concepts, drafting and preparing reports and proposals as well as presentation to the management.

·Support the management to establish an integrated operating platform; and actively work to promote and foster a risk culture and operational excellence across WM China Domestic

· Support the roll out and implementation of operating procedures and risk control process into WM business in China across different entities.

· Support the senior management on formulating the business and operating strategy and plan.

· Work with middle and back office functio across ohore and offshore business entities and business units to facilitate the operation and growth of WM China domestic business

Candidate Requirements & Key Criteria Important for this Role：

§ Minimum of 3-5 yea of relevant work experience, including similar positio in a financial ititution and/or with a coulting/project manager background

§ Project management skills and ability to manage a wide range of objectives with conflicting and competing priorities; ability to plan ahead and pre-empt key issues; to drive a process with little supervision

§ Must be a self-starter and entrepreneurial with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

§ Self-motivated and passionate achiever with strong communication skills, including the ability to deal with potentially contentious issues effectively as well as to influence various parties

§ Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese

§ Able to prepare professional standard presentatio on PowerPoint
