职位描述

The quality manager is respoible of securing, and implementing the ISO/TS 16 949 and FD Group quality – guidelines, regulatio and procedures in the plant;

Coordinating, and supervising the work of the quality department (QM enginee, QM technicia, Quality supply chain management etc.);

Securing the desired incoming goods quality for the plant;

Recommending, and implanting quality improvements (quality improvement projects), and solving quality problems;

Continuous improvement of the quality system, and making its usage effective;

不断完善质量系统和提高他的利用率

Making quality reports and evaluating them (corrective actio);

制定,评估,纠正质量方面的报告

Exploring human resource needs, and coordinating them for the specific tasks.

探讨和协调人力资源的需要.

Working out the quality pla, and documents (like control pla, PFMEA’s etc.) for new and existing projects, and products;

对新的,现有的项目和产品制定质量方面的计划和文挡资料(例如,控制计划,PFMEA).

Using and maintaining the Quality documentation of the products (supplier documentatio, audits, working itruction, change management etc.);

使用和维护产品的质量文档资料(供应商资料,操作规则,审核资料等).

Making internal audits for each department;

对每个部门内进行审查;

Making external audits for the supplier, or managing it;

对供应商进行审查和管理;

Setting the standards of the QM premium systems for the employees;

建立质量部奖金体系;

Respoible for handling supplie rejectio;

负责处理不合格产品;

Any other tasks that are given by his/her direct superior.

能力要求

大学或以上学历，工程或相关专业优先

Univeity Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred.

Experience in Automotive industry and-or high volume manufacturing in the Quality management (at least 5 yea’ experience), superlative degree of quality-system management, and auditing degree.

五年以上汽车生产工业的质量管理经验;

Hard working, highly motivated, good communication-, and good leadehip skills

努力工作，较高的工作积极性，良好的沟通技巧和领导才能.

Good knowledge of English. 良好的英语水平，英文可作为工作语言沟通交流。

Software knowledge: MS-Project, MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ),计算机知识:Project,,Office 办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等);

knowledge in some kind of ERP system managing software常见的ERP系统软件。
