JOB Description – Quality Engineer

Location： Shanghai

Summary

Quality oriented data analyst offering professional expertise in providing solutio for data analysis, coding, and variable information controls. A key role player in providing quality solutio for the data analysis and information control functio of the firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

？Cooperates closely with plant/project enginee and subject matter experts in planning and developing analytical methods for to initial, track and close critical issues/repeated issues in stated system;

？Set up a stable and efficient quality control system for materials and process;

？Collect and analyze quality data (ex. Scrap, re-work, MSA, PPCA etc.) to eure production in a stable status.

？Highlight process/product quality issue or potential risk, and arrange related departments to solve;

？Issue material/product quality report by supplier problem, and support supplier for quality improvement;

？Utilize problem solving skills (eg. 5-why, FTA, 8D) to initial, track and close critical issues/repeated issues in stated system;

？Initiate, and maintain quality files (e.g. Control Plan, WI etc.) regarding customer requirements and product specification.

？Support quality management system internal audit and external audit.

？Raw material quality control and supplier quality audit.

？Coordinate with related department and supplier to solve material quality issue；

Issue quality complaint and support supplier for quality improvement.；

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

？Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science [business administration, statistics, mathematics, or any business-related field].

？At least two yea working experience in Automotive industry.

？Computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows and Outlook

？Good spoken and written English

？Good judgment, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness.

？Exteive expertise in computer and IT systems – Excellent in mathematics (numerical aptitude).

？Ability to assume respoibility and perform with little or no supervision.

？Adherence to confidentiality principles.
