Respoibilities:

1. Respoible for product design of the automobile engine cooling system temperature control device;

2. Have an effective communication with custome and undetand customer's technical demands; Technical scheme communication with custome and develop; make our products conform to the standard type of company;

3. Respoible to review the design data of the customer and engineering drawings; make its rationalization and standardization by communication with custome;

4. Together with Group R&D team to participate in completing the key design output (such as design drawings, 3D digital analog, BOM, DFMEA, etc.) and design scheme discussion, review and confirmation;

5. Respoible to determine the design goal, product features and continuous improvement on design;

6. Respoible for DV and PV test of the product, evaluating the DV test results and making the improvement measures;

7. Respoible for the internal communication and contact with Group R&D team;

8. Support the implementation of product project management;

9. Optimize the design to improve the product performance and cost;

10.Manage the technical engineering documents, revise the engineering change data synchronously and related drawings and technical documents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or equivalent;

2. At least 3 yea' experience in mechanical design, with good mechanical knowledge, automotive industry experience is preferred;

3. Experience to finish the parts design in leading role is required. Familiar with the product development process; mechanical processing and product structure design;

4. Master skilled in using Cartia, UG and other design software (especially skilled CATIA knowledge is required);

5. With the knowledge of 5 tools;

6. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
