工作职责:
1.管理律师邮箱、日程、联系人名单
2.根据事务所格式要求对中英文档进行录入、排版
3.接听电话、打印、复印、扫描文档
4.对律师案件相关文档进行整理、归档
5.帮助律师报销费用
6.律师出差时帮助预定机票、车票和酒店等
7.其他上级交办的工作
要求:
熟练掌握Office办公软件
英语熟练
工作勤奋、细心

Respoibilities:
1. To manage the email box, calendar and contacts of professionals
2. To type and/or format documents in Chinese and English according to the office’s word processing system
3. To awer phone calls, make photo copies
4. To assist and involve in professionals’ case-handling process, e.g. to keep, follow and maintain case related files
5. To handle reimbuements of professionals
6. To make travel arrangement for professionals, such as booking hotels, air tickets
7. Other jobs assigned.
IT Skills:
Good command of MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good Typing skills
Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Other Requirements:
