职位描述:
工作职责:
1、负责总经理文件、信件、函电的接收与转达
2、负责总经理的日常经营工作中文件的起草,包括文案策划撰写
3、负责来访客人的接待,商务随行
4、协助安排外出行程
5、翻译日常所需资料
6、总经理交代的其它任务及工作
任职资格:
1、英语六级以上,有两年以上工作经验
2、具有旅游、展览行业工作背景或会展专业毕业者
3、良好的英文写作能力及流利的英语口语
4、对工作有责任心,善于学习,积极乐观
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力,能合理安排复杂事务,工作细心有条理,书面及口头表达能力优秀
6、能熟练应用office等日常办公软件
respoibilities:
1.Administrative support to managing leader's documents;lette,receiving and conveying mails.
2.Administrative support to drafting documents of daily work of general manager.
3.respoible for reception of guests and accompanying.
4.arrange travel.
5.tralate the needed documents.
6.other work assigned by general manager.
requirements:
1.give priority to who has experiences of tourism and exhibition.
2.be good at English writing and speaking.
3.High level of integrity and trustworthiness,maintain confidentiality of information,have a positive& pro-active attitude.
4.be able to communicate and coordinate well,implement complex affai,organize carefully,write and speak well.
5.Position requires strong working knowledge of Office products (office).
