Respobility:

1.Leading product process engineering team for product process design, implementation and continuous improvement during mass production. Key outputs are as following.

-Process flow chart

-BOM

-CC&SC list

-PFMEA

-Process layout design

-Process cycle times(including machine cycle time and standard labour time)

2. Training and coach team member on product process design, implementation and continuous improvement.

3. Standardize product process design procedures.

4. Maintain data base for all the product processes and cycle times.

5.Other duties as and when requested by Leader.

Requirement:

1. College or Univeity with majoy of engineering

2.10 Yea and above experience. Automotive industry experience is a must.

3. Familiar with Project Management and Lean Manufacturing. Know APQP / TS 16949

4. Certified in APQP Process

5. Common PC skills.

6. Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
