Maintenance Respoibilities:

● Initiates, implements and supervises the plant maintenance program with emphasis on planned, scheduled and preventive/predictive maintenance.

● Coordinates, supervises and monito maintenance peonnel.

● Monito and tracks plant equipment, maintenance history, spare parts, work orde, etc.

● Manages the materials and tools needed for the proper functioning of all maintenance activities.

● Eures that all maintenance peonnel are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the plants maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.

● Identifies all external resources needed and requests quotes from vendo.

● Supervises all work to be done by outside vendo.

● Respoible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance down time in order to minimize down-time.

● Implements programs and procedures required to eure plant cleanliness.

Requirements:

● Associate Degree or vocational school.

● 3 yea industry relevant production experience preferable in the steel industry, metallurgy, metalworking, blanking or automotive supplier certified.

● Electrical and Mechanical experience

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Knowledge of health and safety regulatio, occupational hazards and safety precautio.

● Proven leadehip capabilities.

● Handle confidential matte.

● Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office
