职位描述:
岗位职责Respoibilities:支持并跟踪经销商对重点零售客户的产品销售 To support and track distributor's selling to Key retaile.在产品知识和销售技巧方面对经销商进行专业培训 Provide professional training to distributor sales team, in terms of product knowledge and selling skill;识别经销商和重点零售商业务能力并制定适合的销售计划,以达成公司目标 Fully undetand distributor's and retailer's business potential and develop sales plan for them to deliver company's target;执行市场计划促进产品销售 To execute marketing plan to promote sales on marketplace;收集行业信息,建立利比一流品牌形象 Collect information in related to competitor and customer from market place;Build awareness of Libbey brand in marketplace;建立和维护经销商和重点零售商数据库 DistributoKey retaile database set up and maintenance;在流程有效性方面,提供有效反馈信息,以不断提高客户服务水平 To provide active feedback to management process,in terms of effectiveness of process, to push continues improvement of customer service level.
任职要求Requirements/ Qualificatio:
至少相关行业3年以上的工作经验,如有快速消费品市场的销售和客户管理经验优先考虑Minimum three yea experience in sales in related industry, with exteive experience in Foodservice market development and customer management in China;具备优秀的销售技巧,对市场有洞察力Excellent sales skill, Undetanding of marketing, distribution and other commercial practices in the foodservice business in China;有优秀的销售业绩A proven track record in achieving excellent results in sales growth;学士学位Bachelor Degree;流利的中英文表达能力;Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English;能够熟练使用计算机基本软件Computer literate, word, excel and power point;成熟,诚实可信Mature, dynamic and honest;有工作热情Passion for winning;具备团队合作精神Team work;承压能力强,能够严格按照时限完成工作Able to work under high pressure and time limitation;优秀和沟通技巧Communication skill;
