岗位职责：

1.为应用工程师提供技术应用支持；

2.配合研发工程师产品开发、设计，安排新配方、物料开发和技术支持等工作；

3.负责样品材料的鉴定、分析；

4.根据客户需求，拟定新品配方并持续优化；

5.完善原材料的性能检测方法；

6.负责新品开发过程中样品的验证、测试等工作；

Job Respoibility:

1.Provide technical support for application engineer;

2.Provide technical support for development engineer about the production design, new Mix, and material development;

3.Respoible for sample material identification and analysis;

4.According to customer requirements, design the new Mix and keep continuous optimization;

5.Improve the performance of the raw materials detection method;

6.Respoible for test the samples for new product development process;

任职要求：

1.高分子材料专业毕业，熟悉塑胶（特别是PVC，EVA，PE，TPE）、橡胶等材料特性，国内211,985大学优先；

2.五年以上PVC材料开发的经验或三年PVC材料开发经验加两年以上塑胶行业经验；

3.英语四级以上，良好的英语读写及沟通能力，口语熟练；

Job Requirements

1.Graduated from Polymer materials major, preferential admit “211，985” univeity , have good experience on plastic material and rubber;

2.>5 yea PVC material development experience or >3 yea PVC material development experience add >2 yea plastic material development experience ;

3.Good English reading and writing and communication skills, CET 6;
