职位描述：

1.To Plan / Execute and Finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team membe in order to deliver the results according to project plan

Define the Project objective and oveee the Product quality throughout its life cycle

2.Lead the team to prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barrie, budgets, resources and deadlines

根据对项目工作的战略重要性、任务突出性、困难或阻碍、预算、资源以及最后期限做出分析，引领团队对各项项目工作的划分区分优先等级

3.Create, or participate in the creation of, project documentation

创建或参与项目文件的创建过程

4.Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project

在项目的各个阶段建立并维护一个便于使用且有良好沟通性能的日程安排表

5.Assures project legal documents are completed and signed

确保项目相关法律文件的完成和签署

6.Manages project budget

管理项目预算

7.Determines appropriate revenue recognition, eures timely and accurate invoicing, and monito receivables for project

确定合理的收入确认，确保开票的及时和准确，并监管项目应收账款

8.Eure project meets internal and client expectatio with respect to quality, budget, delivery time lines, and strategy

确保项目在质量、预算、交货进度以及战略上满足内部及客户预期

岗位要求：

1,Engineering Bachelor Degree

工程学学士学位

2,Process/Quality/Production knowledge

了解制程/质量/生产

3,Advanced Project management skills, Team work skills, organizational skills,Negotiation skills

优秀的项目管理能力、团队领导才能、人际交往能力计划和组织能力 谈判能力

4,Minimum 3-5 yea experience in Project Management in Automoitve industry.

在汽车行业有至少有3-5年项目管理工作经验
