岗位职责:
1、协助营销总监建立全面的销售战略;

2、制定并组织实施完整的销售方案;

3、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度;
guide and control the direction of the market sales work and progress;
4、管理销售人员,帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍;
management sales staff, help to build, supplement, develop and train the sales team;
5、掌握市场动态,熟悉市场状况并有独特见解;
grasp the market dynamics, be familiar with the market conditio and has unique iight;
6、进行客户分析,建立客户关系,挖掘用户需求;

岗位要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,专业不限,特别优秀者可适当放宽学历要求;

2、有铸造、锻造或机加行业知名企业、同等岗位工作经验;

3、有丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,熟悉行业市场发展现状;

4、优秀的团队建设经验,团队管理能力强,善于协调营销团队的工作;
