The local Logistics, is respoible for coordinating and executing timely and accurate inventory forecasting and euring collaboration across the organization to improve commercial performance through stock and product availability

Key respoibilities

?Develop and implement a plan to attain and maintain inventory throughout the fiscal year (especially end of quarter) to support events/ongoing growth e.g.

？Promotional and campaign planning 促销和活动计划

？Volume change request (won tende, new custome etc.) 数量变化需求（中标、新客户等）

？Proactively secure inventory building when needed to cover for product licees expiring 当产品许可证到期需要更新时，积极建立安全库存

?Secure proactive communication to the commercial units in relatio to supply disruptio 涉及供货中断问题应与商务团队积极沟通

?Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to improve a sales forecasting process (including accuracy), drive an ongoing discussion related to sales forecasts (AWS) with key stakeholde and own the monthly AWS update process 与财务和市场团队合作完善销售预测流程（及准确性），就销售预测(AWS)相关问题与主要合作伙伴开展持续讨论，并且掌握月度AWS更新流程。

?Establish dialogue between Sales/Marketing and Distribution regarding inventory levels and incoming shipments 有关库存水平与出货量问题，需要在销售/市场和经销商之间开展对话联系。

?Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to improve two-way communication and inventory planning process between Region Asia and Corporate 与全球供应链合作增进双向沟通，完善公司和亚洲区之间的库存计划

?Partner with Region Asia/Global Marketing and Customer Service to facilitate new product introduction through developing launch forecasts, new product launches, weekly volume updates and inventory monitoring 与亚洲区/全球市场以及客户服务开展合作，通过制定上市预测、新产品上市、每周数量更新和库存检测来帮助推介新产品

Role requirements:

职位要求

?Fluent English and Chinese both written and spoken is a must 流利的中英文口语和书写能力是必备的

?Bachelor degree or higher within Supply Chain Management or logistics 供应链管理或物流专业学士学位及以上

?Proven track record from a similar role in a multination company, preferably within the Medical Device or Pharma industry 在跨国公司担任过类似职位，最好是在医疗用品或制药行业

?Strong process and an analytical approach 拥有良好的工作流程和分析方法

?Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and Excel. Preferable Oracle E1熟练掌握ERP系统和Excel并具有良好的分析技能。如掌握Oracle E1更佳。

?Effective and strong communicator 沟通技巧良好且高效

?Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholde. 具备独立思考能力乐于团队合作，有能力说服合作伙伴。
